Using Kegels to overcome premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is no fun, but don't despair - there are solutions out there to be found. If you haven't already heard of them, allow us to introduce you the number one exercise for increasing control of the sexual organs - known as Kegel exercises.

A set of exercises, known as Kegel exercises, were invented many decades ago for the strengthening of some of the primary muscles involved in the sexual organs of both men and women. They have not seen the widespread circulation they should have, as they offer men with ejaculation issues a way to help gain control of their orgasms! Here we present some basic advice to men on using Kegel exercises to achieve a more satisfying sexual performance.

In addition to exercises, there are various herbal supplements that can help nourish and strengthen the sexual organs, increasing sexual performance. VigRX™ (www.VigRX.com) and Semenax™ (www.semenax.com) are two related products that, when used in combination with Kegel exercises, can help you achieve your sexual potential.

What is a Kegel?

First, you need to be familiar with the muscles that make up the pubococcygeus muscle. The pubococcygeus (PC) is like a hammock of muscle that holds the pelvic organs in place.

Kegel exercises are a way to work out the muscles of the pelvic floor, and were named after Dr. Arnold Kegel who discovered, studied, and proved their effectiveness. They were originally designed to increase control of urination in women after childbirth, but worked as well for tightening the muscles of the vagina itself.

Yes, the exercises were invented for women, but it turns out the sexual benefits work well for men also - the PC muscle in men controls and supports the penis. Men who develop their PC can enjoy the benefits of having increased bladder and ejaculation control. It has also been claimed that these exercises can increase the intensity of orgasms.

Are you ready to learn how to strengthen the pelvic floor and reduce premature ejaculation?

What do I need to do?

First you must find and isolate the PC muscle. You can easily do this while standing in the bathroom while urinating. Do not do this if you badly have to urinate! Holding back that pressure is not healthy for the PC - this is only used as a test.

The better way is to choose a time when your body hasn't got a ton of urine to get rid of, which should reduce the pressure and make the test safe to perform. After half of your bladder has emptied, try to stop it mid-flow. If you can slow or stop it, you've scrunched the right muscles.

Another test for men involves making your erect penis move up and down by 'scrunching' the muscles of the perineum - surrounding the base of the penis and around the anus. If you can make your penis move up, even just a little, then you've probably tightened the PC muscles. Familiarize yourself with how the PC feels, but don't practice holding back urination - it's just too stressful on the body.

Now, perform this routine, which is remarkably simple (the key to success is in simple regular repetition).

Set One

In a comfortable position (this could even be sitting at your desk at work - it's a hidden exercise), tighten your PC muscles for 4 - 6 seconds, and then relax for about the same. You've just completed one repletion (rep). Repeat this about 30 times, 3 times per day. This should be continued for at least a week, better if you perform it for two.

Set Two

Now that you have some basic muscle tone built up, you may begin to increase the number of reps. Do this by doubling your previous number of reps, up to 60, 3 times per day using the same 4 - 6 second tighten-and-release.

If you begin to feel pain or discomfort in any way, ease back on how you tighten your PC, or reduce the number or reps to a comfortable level. Increase reps when it feels comfortable again to do so. Continue this for another week.

Set Three

Increase your reps again to 80 or so per set, which you will perform 3 times per day. Again, be sensitive to overstressing the muscles and ease back if you experience pain.

Set Four

Increase your reps again to 100 or so per set, which you will perform 3 times per day. This will bring you to performing 300 Kegels per day, which is the basic recommendation made by the doctor in his original writings. Some say that you could continue this for the rest of your life if you wanted to, but performing it for at least several months should show measurable results.

Premature ejaculation You can also improve the effectiveness of your Kegel exercises by taking supplements that enhance and nourish the tissues of the genital area. Semenax™ (www.semenax.com) is an all natural supplement containing ingredients that can increase ejaculation control by feeding and strengthening the tissues of the penis and pelvic area.
